Son
Where You Are
Jesus meets you where you are with His once-for-all sacrifice and carries you all the way to eternity.
He Waits
He waits for you with open arms. Time for you to make that journey back home, isn’t it?
Ponder That!
The same God who created the stars loves you so much that He sent His Son to die on the cross so that you could be His friend forever. Ponder that!
Life is Uncertain
Without God, life is a rollercoaster of emotions. Without God, unexpected changes will blow us in every direction. Without God, our life is foundationless, like a house built on sand. But a relationship with God through his Son, Jesus Christ changes everything
Preparing Us For Jesus
The death of Jesus on our behalf brings forgiveness and reconciles us with the Holy God. Amazing, isn’t it? Wherever you are in the Old Testament, God the Father is preparing us for God the Son.
A God-Centered Relationship
God so loved the world that He sent His Son. Jesus, fully-God and fully-man, died on the cross as the penalty for our sin. When we trust in the Son, the Father accredits Christ’s righteousness to us and declares us “not guilty.” God the Spirit takes up residence in us and enables us to live a life that pleases God.
Satan, Sin, Disease, and Death
Just as poison at the beginning of a stream contaminates the entire stream, so sin at the beginning of the human race contaminates us all. “All have sinned,” and that sin separates us from God. Actually God did for us what we could not do for ourselves. He sent his Son to pay sin’s penalty by his death on the cross.
Our Creator and Protector
God the Father: The All-Powerful Creator. God the Son: The Agent of Creation, Re-Creation and Resurrection. God the Spirit: The Protector and Nurturer. How can we respond to such a powerful, gracious and loving God? Only one way - bow down and worship him. Why don’t you do that right now? Start the new year on your knees before the Triune God.
Advent: Preparing for Jesus - Road Trip
When God sent his Son into the world, he did not make it easy for the parents or the child. He stripped the Anointed One of every royal privilege. Already tagged as an illegitimate child, Jesus breathed his first breaths of air in a musty stable. Jesus learned obedience through suffering…all the way to the cross.
