Sacrifice

Jesus is the one way to God. He provided the only way by dying for our sin on the cross.

My relationship with God is secure, and my final home is in heaven, but I am not there yet. The penalty of sin is gone, but the propensity to sin remains.

Easter is coming. But today, slow down and thank Jesus for his great sacrifice.

There is a blessing on the other side of sacrifice. So, here’s the question: What’s the sacrifice standing between you and God’s blessing?

There will be times when he brings us to the point of choosing between him and something or someone else. There will be times when we must decide to get out of the way…or not.

They brought their best to him. They sought Jesus and didn’t stop until they found him. They worshiped him. This is the heart of the magi story. And…this should be the heart of our Christmas story as well.

From his birth to his death, he demonstrated ultimate humility.

Life—now and forever—is found in Jesus alone.

She understood that worship was more than an hour on the weekend.
