Message

John gives the word logos new significance by using it to describe Jesus himself. Logos is not simply a combination of letters but the expression of a message. When John calls Jesus “the Word,” he is saying that Jesus is both the mind and the message of God.

Ask God to give you the desire and discipline to read his Word every day.

God must prepare the heart before we can present the message.

God wants your life to be enveloped by his peace! He is Yahweh Shalom! 

Today is the day to put knowledge into practice.

When God opens our mouths with His message, we cannot be silent. We must share the truth God gives us so that people will know that He alone is the LORD.

Most of all, we need leaders who are not in it for themselves but are willing to make needed sacrifices to help others. We must have leaders - like Nehemiah – filled with great compassion
