Luke 11:29–36: something greater

People who are determined not to believe in God will always ask for one more sign, one more question answered, and one more issue settled. Their focus is not on the Person of Jesus but on signs and spectacles. It is their pride that keeps them at a distance from Jesus and delays or deters their moment of surrender to him.
