Loves

God loves us so much that He will not allow us to live far from Him in a land of spiritual danger.

Because of Jesus, God loves His children with the same unconditional love. Even when we wander, He will not leave us.

God loves us too much to allow us to play by the spiritual life’s equivalent of a busy highway. He loves us too much to allow us to continue living in spiritual danger.

Thank God for good friends!

The same God who created the stars loves you so much that He sent His Son to die on the cross so that you could be His friend forever. Ponder that!

Keep talking to Him . . . even with your questions. Keep trusting Him . . . even in your doubts. He loves you! He cares for you! You can trust Him!

God is not silent. He has not forgotten you. Be still and listen. Hear His whispers. Hear Him speaking. Hear Him shouting how much He loves you even in your pain. Hold on! Don’t give up! He’s coming to your rescue.

When you feel like changing your name to convey your feelings about God, just remember that he never changes his. God’s name is always faithful. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

The question for today is the following: Are you bowing down before any god other than God? That god can come in the form of a person, possession or position. It may be something you are living with, living in or living for. Whatever it is, it’s a pathetic substitute for the real thing.
