“For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.” That’s what King David learned the hard way. Once honored as the “giant killer” and noted as the up-and-comer, he was now on the run from a jealous King Saul.

Whatever you are going through, find help and peace with the Great Shepherd. He will never disappoint you.

He is ready to give you all the help you need to resist and obey. He invites us to approach him with confidence. What are you waiting for?

He gives us the invitation to help others take off their grave clothes of guilt, unworthiness, legalism, pride, and baggage of the past—what a tremendous privilege. Jesus raises the dead and then lets us set the new believer free!

Jesus — the Good Shepherd — laid down his life for you. He loves you with eternal love.

He is holy — set apart from all things. Through Christ, God makes us holy.

In the middle of your confusion and pain, thank God for his love and faithfulness. Be still and wait for his deliverance in his timing.

David’s confidence was grounded in the fact that God answered his calls for help.

When God is all you have, God is all you need.
