The Church is a living body fit together by the Creator of the universe. Like any organism, it must be equipped with a defense, nourishment, and determined purpose.

Often, our fervent desires, desire us. Those things, even the good things we want, can master our hearts and eventually our actions.

You stand at the pinnacle of your year…or maybe your life. A place of victory and satisfaction. A place where your greatest defeat is just one misstep away.

It’s curious isn’t it, how a few choice words can sap our physical, emotional, and spiritual strength…how even heroes of the faith can be tempted to abandon God’s work by well-timed taunts and mockery.

Leadership is not some monolithic gift.  It’s built, brick by passionate brick, virtue upon integrity.

Your heart is full of dreams and disappointment.  You want to make a difference for God but there have been significant obstacles in your path.  Take heart again, because that’s the story of Nehemiah.  And his experience can help put you back on the path to achieving your dreams.
