There is a grand narrative that binds together all of scripture and history.

Men, there’s a field manual for training up Godly leaders in your family.

There’s a blueprint that spans the breadth of history…a time and place design that is being built for God’s eternal glory.

God moves in the hearts of His people. He spurs them to good works, which He prepared in advance for them to do.  But then what?

Encouragement during the battle comes in many forms; a touch, a well-timed word, and here today, a prayer.

In the battle for hearts and minds…amidst the conflict joined in Eden…where do we find the hope to carry on?

Who are the people God uses? What are they like and what are the signs of a congregation on the march?

The Church is a living body fit together by the Creator of the universe. Like any organism, it must be equipped with a defense, nourishment, and determined purpose.

Often, our fervent desires, desire us. Those things, even the good things we want, can master our hearts and eventually our actions.
